Ricky Berens, Beijing Olympics Gold medal relay swimmer, had a swimsuit accident almost equivalent to a female nipple slip. Berens tore the back of his swimsuit during a World Swimming Championships in Rome:
"I kind of freaked out for just a second. I felt like [the hole] was almost down to my knees. I felt like I was putting on a pretty good show."
