DJ AM was found dead today after police had to break in to the 36 year-old's apartment, when a concerned friend could not reach him for a couple of days. Police found drug paraphanelia including a pipe. It was believed he overdosed on crack-cocaine. DJ AM's friends posted on their Twitter:
"LINDSAY LOHAN: "I can't believe this.. i'm in shock. why? why? r.i.p. adam."
P.DIDDY simply said: "DJ AM rest in peace."
KELLY OSBOURNE wrote: "I just cant believe that adam (dj.am) is gone i dont want to believe it im in shock. he was one of the most genuine people i have ever met!""
One of the last public appearances by DJ AM was throwing the first pitch in a Met's game.
