The notes say, "No alcohol containers, paraphernalia or illegal drugs were discovered."

Brittany Murphy Died Today Overdose Suspected or H1N1?

Brittany Murphy was found unconscious in the shower and was pronounced dead early Sunday morning from cardiac arrest. TMZ has a source who is now saying that Brittany was very ill hours before going in to cardiac arrest and while no illegal drugs were found, there were lots of prescription drugs available under Brittany Murphy, husband Simon Monjack, and Brittany's mom.
