I don't care how funny it is to put an asian dude in a fuzzy animal costume, but this outfit is genuinely cruel no matter how you look at it. The only reasonable use for this outfit I would see is if you fall asleep drunk with your shoes on, then you'll wake up as a squirrel with giant balls.
