Manhunt on for Dog Thrower
People at a beach in England watched in horror a man throwing his dog in a choppy ocean and then pull the dog out by his neck:
"I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing. The dog just went flying with its legs out in the air until it hit the water. 'The guy's other dog was already in the sea swimming, but this one had no choice - it was going in whether it liked it or not."

The police were called, but did not arrive in time. An anonymous witness took these shots and handed it over to officers.
