Dogs Attack Police Car Bumper

Winston, an 80 lb pit-bull mix attacked a police car, ripped the entire bumper off the car this past Sunday. He also left teeth marks on the side of the car. The officer was parked and filling out a speeding citation when he felt his car rocking to find Winston attacking the bumper.
